These wonderful steaks come 1 steaks per package cut at 1.5 inches thick. Home raised on our ranch and finished on Non-GMO Corn and alfalfa for great flavor and tenderness so you can enjoy a 5 star meal right at home!

CJW beef allows you to have your cake and eat it too. Our beef are regenerative pasture raised, grass-fed and finished with supplemental feeding of local Non-GMO corn and alfalfa six months prior to harvest. It is what gives them the incredible flavor and tenderness our Dry Aged Beef is known for!

Awesome selection and quality!

We got tri-tip and strip steaks, they were amazing! I even had a little trouble with shipping and Jacquelyn took care of it all for me! Will be a repeat customer.
