In this box is one of my personal favorites, our Dry Aged Briskets are the best! We like to smoke them for 20 hours at 180 and then turned up to 225 for 1 hour.
Then, if you have room add the Boston Butt Roast to the smoker for the best pulled pork, we like about 6 hours smoking at 180 and 1-2 hours turned up to 225.
