This is another of our current favorites! No wonder all the restaurants have a buffalo hot sauce, it is ridiculously easy and delicious!
Baked Chicken Legs
2 packs of CJW Chicken Legs (8 legs)
Pre heat oven to 425 degree F.
Thaw and pat dry, cover in salt, pepper, and oregano.
Take a baking sheet and if you have wire racks add to the cookie sheet and place the chicken legs on the cookie sheet so it can bake evenly. I have also done without, and it works.
Bake for 25-30 min until the internal temp is 165 F.
Buffalo Hot Sauce
4 T Franks Hot Sauce
4 T Butter
It is as easy as melting the butter and adding the hot sauce in a big enough bowl to add your legs to coat them. If you want them spicier let them sit in the sauce for a while. If you want them milder, remove immediately after coating.
