Easy and Quick Hamburger Buns

Probably about time I shared my super easy and fast Hamburger Bun recipe! It only takes 40 minutes and you have way better than store bought buns for your fantastic Dry Aged Ground Beef! 

These combined with our Ground Beef makes the best Hamburger you have ever had for fraction of the cost and even the time! At least we can’t get a burger faster or tastier than the ones we make at home! 

Ingredients:

1c warm water 

2T active yeast 

1/3c oil 

1/4c sugar 

1 egg 

1t salt 

3-3.5c flour 

Instructions:

Add the warm water, yeast and sugar to a stand mixer or you can do it by hand. 

Let rest 5-10 min to see if the yeast actives by starting to bubble. 

Add the rest and mix for 7-10min until a nice smooth dough forms. 

Separate into 12 balls and form them into buns right away. 

Then let rest 10 min. 

Preheat oven to 425F 

Cook for 8-12 minutes until golden brown.
